Revetas Capital sells Krakow building A to Proton Property
Revetas Capital has sold Building A of the Bonarka for Business office complex in Kraków to local real estate investor Proton Property. The office building, located at Puszkarska 7F, offers approximately 8,300 square meters of leasable space across seven floors and includes 170 parking spaces. Following the acquisition, the property will operate under the new name “Bonarka Office.”
The sale is part of Revetas Capital’s active portfolio management strategy, while Proton Property says the investment reflects its confidence in the long-term potential of Kraków’s office market. Bonarka for Business is one of Kraków’s best-known office campuses, consisting of eight Class A office buildings with a total area of around 76,600 square meters. The complex also features B4B Oasis, a large green recreational and workspace area for tenants.
