The ROBYG Group has received a building permit for the 3rd stage of the My Ursus investment in Warsaw with 340 flats ranging from 26.40-105.80 sqm. Completion of works is planned for the end of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022. All standard premises, at no additional cost, will be equipped with the Keemple Smart House system, which increases the comfort and safety of use and allows reducing operating costs. Ultimately, the investments carried out by ROBYG in Ursus (Nowy Ursus station and Moje Ursus) will include over 3,000 premises with full infrastructure facilities.

"We are currently noting a greater interest in apartments with a garden. We have such proposals in every investment on the first floor. Recently, in investments where we could afford it, we redesigned apartments on the first floor to enlarge the gardens. Customers also ask more often about apartments with balconies and terraces - such amenities are present in practically every apartment offered by ROBYG. Amenities that are important for people choosing an apartment are primarily Smart House systems. Customers also pay attention to comprehensive land development and ecological solutions," Joanna Chojecka, director for sales and marketing for Warsaw and Wrocław at ROBYG, said.
