The ROBYG Group received a building permit for Modern Space R in Warsaw's Włochy district. It will cover 189 units with areas ranging from 17.21-39.94 sqm. Construction is due to start in August 2020 and the completion of works is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022. Modern Space micro-apartments in the vicinity of the City Sfera project are an excellent investment in terms of capital allocation – the first offer of apartments in Warsaw, in the most sought-after small area, with such a high standard of finish and a package of additional services.

Two Modern Space buildings will house 402 apartments. Modern Space is a modern character and elegant form that guarantee comfort of use. The possibility of turnkey finishing and VAT deduction are other advantages of Modern Space.

“We note a growing interest in clients who are looking for apartments as investment options. Investing capital in real estate currently gives much higher rates of return than bank or capital market deposits. We observe that some excess cash flow in the market is redirected to investments in housing – also by foreigners. Modern Space micro-apartments are our novelty and the most sought-after residential space in the capital,” Joanna Chojecka, sales and marketing director for Warsaw and Wrocław at ROBYG SA, said.

The ROBYG Group currently has over 5,000 apartments under construction - all works are progressing according to schedules.
