Ronson Development had PLN 120.5 mln in revenue in first half 2026
Ronson Development delivered 135 units in the first half of 2026 and generated PLN 120.5 mln in sales revenue. The developer contracted 272 units worth a combined PLN 223 mln, up 49% year over year. At the end of June, Ronson had 597 apartments available across 13 locations and plans to expand its offer with projects including Bosco in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, Halo Bemowo and Drobnera in Wrocław, as well as new phases of existing developments.
The group is currently building 1,089 residential units and 240 institutional rental units. Its secured land bank provides capacity for 5,011 apartments and 286 units for LivingGo, Ronson’s institutional rental platform.
