Creator of technological solutions for e-commerce in the SaaS model, SAMITO starts a public issue of shares. The public offering begins today on the CrowdConnect.pl platform. SAMITO intends to obtain up to PLN 3.38 million. The funds will be allocated to the development and marketing of SAMITO tools.

SAMITO offers stores and other online customer acquisition companies a range of solutions that help attract users and effectively encourage them to buy. A set of tools that can be collectively described as marketing automation includes, among others recommendation engine, trigger marketing, e-mail marketing, push notifications, cart rescue, or dynamic layout change.

“The funds obtained as part of the issue will allow us to develop our proprietary SAMITO tool for publishers, which we introduced to the market this year. Our proprietary tool helps publishers to monetize the content of websites through automated content marketing activities for online stores. Shortly, we plan to introduce, among others functionalities that enable independent implementation by smaller publishers,” Rafał Gawłowski, President of SAMITO, said.

“At the same time, work is underway on a tool that will allow automatic tagging of video content,” he added.

The innovative nature of the SAMITO tool is the automatic linking of the content of articles on publishers' websites with products from online stores. The advantage of the tool is also the efficient settlement model. The company has already started cooperation with the services of the Burda Media publishing house.
