Savills gets stronger in Lower Silesia

Real estate advisory firm Savills continues to develop and expand its services in southern Poland. Following the recent opening of its Katowice office, the property adviser decided to strengthen its Wrocław team with the appointment of another experienced professional and to relocate to a new office in the capital of the Lower Silesia region.
As part of strengthening its presence in southern Poland, Savills has hired Michał Grabikowski as a regional manager in Wrocław. Within its office agency team, he will be responsible for delivering comprehensive advisory services to tenants, drawing on his strong professional experience in the local market.
Michał Grabikowski has worked in commercial real estate for over eight years. He has a deep understanding of the Wrocław office market and the needs of local tenants. Prior to joining Savills, he headed Cresa’s Wrocław office for the past three years. Previously, Michał co-created regional offices of several real estate agencies including Home Broker, Axi Immo, and Nuvalu.
He will work, among others, with Bartosz Plewa, who joined Savills Wrocław office from Cushman & Wakefield in 2019. As well as cooperating with Wrocław tenants on a regular basis, Savills also represents landlords by acting as an adviser on the commercialization of the first three buildings of Wrocław Business Garden, and as a letting agent on Długosza Business Park and Delta 44, owned by M7 Real Estate, and on Wratislavia Center.
