Savills launches its flexible office platform in Poland
Global real estate advisory firm Savills has launched the Polish version of Workthere, its flexible office specialist and website listing platform that helps occupiers find flexible workspace and offers professional assistance in leasing optimal workspaces.
Workthere was launched in the UK in 2017 in response to the rapid growth of the co-working and serviced office market, and now operates from a global platform with a presence in England, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, the US, Singapore, India, and Vietnam. This latest launch in Poland represents Workthere’s eleventh international offer.
Workthere Poland will be led by Jarosław Pilch, who is also head of tenant representation, office agency at Savills Poland. Jaroslaw will be joined by Aleksandra Barlik, flex office consultant for Workthere Poland.
The new Workthere Poland website lists over 100 locations across the country’s largest cities and offers the possibility of quick and easy comparisons of various options. Additionally, experienced real estate experts will provide both corporate and private clients seeking to lease flexible space with the best-in-class advice, as well as helping to select an appropriate office for the occupier’s type of business and negotiate the best lease terms – completely free of charge.
