Savills strengthens its tenant representation team
Jarosław Smoderek has joined the office agency of global real estate advisory firm Savills as a new consultant.
Jarosław Smoderek will serve as a Senior Transaction Manager in the tenant representation team at Savills with responsibility for delivering comprehensive consultancy services to companies looking for modern office spaces. He will also assist tenants in subletting office space.
Jarosław has worked in real estate for nearly 10 years. He began his professional journey at Home Broker, where he was several times named the adviser of the year for the largest number of transaction completions. He continued his career in the Polish office of Sotheby's International Realty and later joined CBRE for nearly three years.
The new expert at Savills has advised on close to 70,000 sq m of lease transactions. His clients included Orange, Roche Diagnostics, Devire, Lexmark, Motorola Solutions, Triumph, Syngenta, and BP.
