Silesia breaks records and attracts investors

The record level of supply and high demand testify to the very good condition of the warehouse space market in Poland. What is the potential of Silesia in this area?

From January to the end of September 2019  a record supply level of 1.96 million sqm was recorded (+38% y / y). In the third quarter of 2019, developers completed 30 projects with a total area of 868,000 sqm. Most spaces were delivered in the Upper Silesia region (360,000 sqm), according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield.

Silesia stands out from other cities not only in terms of growth. It is a region that offers over 3 million sqm of warehouse space and in this category came just behind the Warsaw market.
