Singu property management building leadership position in Europe
Polish commercial property management platform Singu has tripled its workforce to 250 employees within a year and increased annual recurring revenue to PLN 150 mln. Backed by US private equity fund K1 Investment Management, the company has completed four acquisitions: Britain’s Micad and Synbiotix, Germany’s net-haus and Poland’s QRmaint. The latest deal strengthens Singu’s industrial property and production asset management capabilities. Its systems now serve around 2,500 clients and manage more than 250 mln sq m of property worldwide.
Singu generates roughly two-thirds of its revenue in Central and Eastern Europe and the UK. The profitable company is growing organically by 20–30% annually and is already considering further acquisitions across Europe.
