Ewa Wernerowicz paid off the first installment for Vivus and is expanding her business. She will soon launch Patento – a brand under which she will finance salary advances.

In May 2022, as part of a fire sale, Ewa Wernerowicz acquired Vivus from 4Finance. The transaction value, considering the company's market position, was very low – €18 million spread over three installments plus PLN 140 million in financing. In total, about PLN 200 million had to be repaid.

4Finance belonged to the Russian oligarch Oleg Boyko. However, the financial powerhouse had to urgently evacuate its business from Poland due to the sanction law passed in April 2022.

Vivus is the largest player in its category in the loan market. It has a recognizable brand, which naturally generates turnover. In 2022, Soonly had revenues of over PLN 300 million and a profit of PLN 60 million. The portfolio quality is very good, as unpaid loans account for only 5 percent.
