Spaces debuts in Katowice
Flexible office space operator Spaces has secured its first location in Katowice. The company has leased over 3,300 sqm in the city’s historic Matejki 3 building with the transaction having been brokered by JLL. The leased area is expected to open for business in late 2020 or early 2021 once the building has been refurbished. Part of the IWG group, Spaces is present in 47 countries around the world. In Poland, the operator currently offers office space in Warsaw, Wrocław and Kraków.
