Tax administration checks foreign companies - DGP

The Chamber of Fiscal Administration in Warsaw requests owners and managers of companies registered abroad to explain the purpose of their business, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna reported. The tax office mainly checks whether a company has the real activity in Poland or whether it should not do tax settlements in our country.

The actual situation is assessed by checking, among others, whether the management of such a company resides and performs its duties in Poland.
