Another company has decided to extend the lease in the Quattro Business Park complex in Kraków, owned by Globalworth, the largest owner and office manager in Central and Eastern Europe. Danish pharmaceutical company Lundbeck occupies 2,800 sqm in the building. office space. The complex itself and its close surroundings are currently facing many positive changes.
The global pharmaceutical company Lundbeck, specializing in the treatment of diseases of the central nervous system, has been a tenant of Quatrro Business Park since 2014. Initially, it occupied 1,700 sqm of office space in the building, today it is already 2,800 sqm. In the Kraków complex, the company has its own Business Services Center that provides services in the area of finance, HR, IT, and the handling of purchasing processes for other branches of the company in Europe.

Quattro Business Park is a modern office complex comprising five buildings (A, B, C, D, and FIVE) with a total area of 66,000 sqm. It is located in the northeastern part of Kraków.
