Leading real estate owner and manager Globalworth is launching its OFFICE RENAISSANCE campaign to provide additional support to its tenants as they come back to their office buildings. Extraordinary graphics inspired by masterpieces by the greatest Renaissance artists await their employees upon their return. A series of articles and podcasts discussing the return to office buildings will also be published and broadcast in cooperation with TOK FM radio.
The OFFICE RENAISSANCE campaign, which is very much in line with Globalworth’s consistent commitment to the arts, emphasizes the Group’s ‘welcome back’ message to our tenants and the people working in or visiting our properties. An increasing number of companies are coming back to Globalworth’s office buildings or have announced an intention to do so. These decisions are supported by the consensus view that a healthy and safe office environment encourages productivity, creativity, innovation, and consistency while helping to foster relationships and corporate culture.
“These last few months have been hard on all of us, and what we all miss the most is human interaction. Office life is not only about work, it’s also about being part of a community. And it was only after we started working from home that we truly realized the importance of this. We are delighted that our tenants are now returning to their offices and embracing hybrid formats – and we have chosen to welcome back our tenants with our OFFICE RENAISSANCE campaign. Inspired by the works of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo, we wanted to emphasize the rebirth and rediscovery of office life as well as the human connections we have missed so much,” Georgiana Oltenescu, Group Head, Marketing and Communication at Globalworth, explained.
The OFFICE RENAISSANCE campaign is to be held simultaneously in Globalworth’s buildings in Poland and Romania. In both countries, it will be accompanied by a radio campaign.
