Works at the construction site of the Bridge skyscraper are moving forward, and the 26th floor is now under construction. Ghelamco’s 174-meter-high office building at Plac Europejski (European Square) will ultimately have 40 floors.

At the end of August, installation of the glass facade panels began. At the same time, works are underway to connect the skyscraper with the historical Bellona building, which will become part of the office complex.

“The skyscraper will use the latest technologies that ensure safety and comfort for its users, but also for the environment, in line with our ESG strategy. This is currently the biggest and most spectacular project underway in the capital’s commercial real estate,” says Jarosław Zagórski, Managing Director at Ghelamco Poland.
