The new facilities are located in the city center and in Wola, and their total area is 4,000 sqm. In the search for a location and negotiating the terms of the contract, enel-med was supported by CBRE.

enel-med opens another four branches in Warsaw. In Widok Towers, at the back of the Capital Rotunda, the company has rented the entire first floor. Enel-med customers will be able to use a multi-profile specialist clinic, dental clinic, ophthalmology center, and psychiatry and psychology center. Another contract concerns the Klif Fashion House at Okopowa Street in Warsaw's Wola district, with two specialist medical facilities – an enel-med multi-profile specialist clinic for adults and children and the Estell aesthetic medicine clinic. In the currently under construction Forest investment, located opposite the Westfield Arkadia shopping center, enel-med clients will have at their disposal the Estell medical and aesthetic dentistry clinic on the ground floor and the enel-med multi-profile specialist clinic on the first floor. In the modern Warsaw Spire C building, at Plac Europejski in Wola, enel-med will occupy the ground floor – clients will be able to use a dental clinic and a multi-profile specialist clinic there.
