The first Airbnb Office project in Poland has been launched
Biuro.info, the largest office real estate portal in Poland and the only one that connects tenants directly with property owners, has just started. The portal created by REDD, the largest provider of data on commercial real estate, covers over 30 cities in Poland, offering space for rent in over 2,000 buildings.
“Until now, the search for an office was accompanied by extreme information noise. At a time when thousands of online advertisements are competing for the attention of potential tenants, we are guided by the belief that choosing an office should be a transparent, modern and quick experience. Drawing inspiration from trends set by global technology companies, we pay obsessive attention to the needs of customers who expect instant and proven information,” Tomasz Ogródzki and Piotr Smagała, creators of the website, said.
The portal was created in close cooperation with the owners of office investments from all over Poland.
“By combining the needs of looking for offices and owners, we have built an ecosystem in which office buildings are always in the first place. Nowhere else is the owner a star in the spotlight,” Tomasz Ogródzki, CEO of REDD, said.
