In the historic part of Wrocław, called the New Town in the 14th century, the first Wrocław investment exceeding the premium class is being built. Bernardyńska – the flagship undertaking of TOSCOM Development – is a deep tribute to luxurious, innovative, and momentous solutions. The investment will include commercial and service premises and flats from 30 sqm studios to 200 sqm penthouses of exceptional height – starting from 275 cm and ending at 340 cm. Vista Construction is the general contractor of Bernardyńska. The works are to be completed in two years. Officially, the sale of the premises will start at the beginning of 2022.
