Tenants from the business services sector already occupy three million sqm of office space in Poland, according to JLL data. In some of the largest office markets in the country, the sector’s share in the occupied space exceeds 50%: in Kraków and in Łódź it stands at 58% and 53% respectively. In the first half of this year, BSS companies leased almost 190,000 sqm, which accounts for a quarter of the total demand for office space recorded in the period. The largest H1 lease transactions involving tenants from the sector include the lease by Sabre of 16,000 sqm at Tishnera Office in Kraków and the lease by Nordea of 10,800 sqm in Olivia Star in Gdańsk.
