Torus completes huge office project in Gdańsk
Developer Torus has obtained an occupancy permit for the Neon building in Gdańsk, which is the fourth and final phase of the company’s Alchemia business complex. Neon comprises more than 35,000 sqm of GLA, while the entire Alchemia complex – which was designed by the APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio and got under construction in 2011, offers over 122,000 sqm of leasable space. Torus has already sold the first three phases of Alchemia to investment funds.
