Travelplanet.pl changes address to Business Garden
Business Garden Wrocław has signed up a new tenant: Travelplanet.pl. The ISOC Group, the owner of the three buildings developed as part of the first phase of the office complex, was advised on the lease transaction by Savills.
Travelplanet.pl is a Polish travel agent and website selling international and domestic holidays of more than 50 tour operators. Founded in 2000, it now has more than 100 partner agents across Poland. Business Garden Wrocław, located at 48 Legnicka Street, will be home to its headquarters spanning close to 730 sqm.
“Business Garden Wrocław is a perfect match for our current needs. Thanks to the support of Savills and IK Development, the leasing process was managed seamlessly and our employees will be able to begin working in the new office still this year,” Anna Skowron-Pawliszewska, Travelplanet.pl, said.
With 117,000 sqm of modern office space, Business Garden Wrocław is the largest office park in Wrocław. The first phase of the development comprises three office and service buildings with a combined area of 38,700 sq m. It is owned by the ISOC Group while Savills is the property manager and the exclusive leasing agent.
