Trei planning more residential projects in Poland
Developer Trei Real Estate, which is best known in Poland for its Vendo Park-branded retail park projects, will in the coming months focus on the further development of its residential portfolio in the country. The company has revealed that housing schemes comprising 1,600 units are now in the pipeline. Earlier this year, Trei Real Estate launched its first residential investment in the Polish market, which is located in Wrocław and will offer over 280 apartments. The developer is preparing to start housing projects in Łódź, Poznań and Warsaw.
