Polish architectural firm Tremend has won three prestigious European Property Awards 2024, marking a significant achievement as their projects will represent both Poland and France in the international competition. The European Property Awards, part of the renowned International Property Awards, have recognized excellence in architecture since their inception in 1993.
Tremend, founded by architect Magdalena Federowicz-Boule, secured these awards in two distinct categories. In the "Public Service Architecture" category, they were honored for the design of the Metropolitan Station in Lublin, Poland. Additionally, the firm triumphed in the "Hotel Interior" category for their atmospheric interior design of the Meininger Hotel Kraków Centrum in Poland.
The third award, also in the "Hotel Interior" category, was for the design of the Alberte Hotel in Paris, France. This project captivated the judges with its homage to the multi-generational, family traditions of the hotel's owners. These accolades not only highlight Tremend's expertise but also bring international recognition to Polish architecture.
