Unihouse has contract for PLN 60 mln net for municipal buildings in Kamienna Góra
Unihouse, part of the Unibep Group, has signed a contract with the municipality of Kamienna Góra worth approximately PLN 60 mln net, or PLN 65.4 mln gross, to build municipal housing on Nadrzeczna Street, Unibep reported.
The project includes six multifamily residential buildings, a multi-space garage, a community room, and surrounding infrastructure. The five-story buildings will contain 109 apartments and 26 parking spaces. Construction is expected to take 23 months from the date the contract was signed.
The Unibep Group operates in residential, industrial, public-use, and modular construction. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008 and reported consolidated sales revenue of PLN 2.36 bln in 2025.
