US company Alarm.com acquires security industry company EBS
EBS, a security company, has been acquired by Alarm.com, a US leader in smart home and business security, the company reported.
EBS remains an independent company operating under its own brand, company's strategy and offerings also remain unchanged. The existing EBS management team continues operating from the company's headquarters in Warsaw, it was indicated.
Alarm.com (ADC) is a global leader in interactive solutions in the security industry.
EBS is a Polish technology company, manufacturer of security equipment for the security industry, operating in Poland and dozens of international markets for over 33 years.
