VALMET becomes another tenant in OKAM's office investment – ŁÓDŹ.WORK
OKAM Capital, which owns the office building ŁÓDŹ.WORK in the very center of Łódź has leased space to another tenant. VALMET has signed a contract to lease space of 570 sqm. The contract between OKAM and the international paper machine manufacturer will last for five years.
"For months we have been seeing an increase in interest in office space at our Łódź investment LODZ.WORK after the first intense phases of pandemonium. More companies are attracted by the attractive location, the multifunctionality of the building, the developed surrounding infrastructure, and the unique character of the place, combining industrialism with modern form. This time we are joined by a company from the paper industry, which will develop one of its business areas here," Marcin Michalec, CEO of OKAM Capital, said.
