Vantage planning residential project in Poznań
A subsidiary of developer Vantage Development has signed a conditional agreement for the acquisition of almost 0.6 hectares of land in Poznań, on which it plans a residential project comprising approximately 220 apartments. The value of the transaction amounts to PLN 9 million net. Vantage Development is mainly active in the residential market in Wrocław.
