Warsaw’s Centrum Marszałkowska changes hands

A special-purpose vehicle controlled by BBI Development and SPOŁEM Warszawskiej Spółdzielni Spożywców Śródmieście has finalized the sale of the Centrum Marszałkowska office and retail building in downtown Warsaw to CM1 Sezam, a company affiliated with the Liebrecht & wooD capital group. A preliminary agreement regarding the transaction was announced in November last year. The property is located near the Świętokrzyska subway stop and comprises a total of 16,500 sqm of space, including 3,400 sqm of retail area.
