Warsaw’s flexible office space volume growing rapidly – CBRE

The total volume of flexible office space in Warsaw already exceeds 150,000 sqm and is set to grow to more than 200,000 sqm next year, according to the latest report by CBRE. In 2021, the volume could reach almost 250,000 sqm, the company’s data show. WeWork will be the fastest-growing flexible office space operator in the city in the coming years. According to CBRE, the share of flexible space in the combined existing office stock in the Polish capital now stands at 2.5%, a higher figure than in such cities as Barcelona (2%) or Berlin (1.8%).
