Warsaw’s Koneser for sale
BBI Development and Liebrecht & Wood have started the process of selling the project Centrum Praskie Koneser in Warsaw’s Praga district. Both companies are preparing a strategy to sell the buildings and identify potential buyers.
The complex, which is located between Ząbkowska, Markowska, Białostocka and Brzeska streets, has 88 thousand sqm. 48 thousand sq. m is occupied by offices (almost entirely rented out), 21.8 thousand sq. m by retail spaces, service points and restaurants (78% rented out). The whole is complemented by 7 thousand sq m of event space, the Moxy Warsaw Praga hotel and an underground parking lot for 1 thousand vehicles.
The center was built on a five-hectare site of the former Koneser vodka factory and includes several restored historic buildings. It opened in September 2018.
