Wileńska Express reaches end of construction

The construction of a large residential investment in Praga, Warsaw has come to an end. It is worth paying attention to Wileńska Express due to its scale and historical connotations.
It is not very common for the developer Bouygues Immobilier Polska to put over 100 apartments for use. Wileńska Express, consisting of three buildings, has 307 of them. The apartments are spread over six floors, there are commercial premises on the ground floor and a garage hall below. There is a green courtyard outside and a small playground.
It is no coincidence that Wileńska Express evokes associations with railways. The name of the investment refers to the history of the former St. Petersburg Railway Station located nearby, which used to connect Warsaw with Vilnius and St. Petersburg.
"The various vicissitudes turned against the former station building, which did not survive to our times, and the Warszawa Wileńska station, located a little further to the south, serves only regional lines,” Cezary Grabowski, Marketing and Sales Director at Bouygues Immobilier Polska, said.
.Wileńska Express is the third residential investment, after Atelier Praga 2 and Stalowa 39, which Bouygues Immobilier Polska has completed in the last dozen or so months in this part of Warsaw. It is also the 51st investment completed by the developer in Poland.
