Wrocław to get 100,000 sqm of office space by end of 2019 – Cresa
Just one office project – City One (11,200 sqm) – was delivered in Wrocław in the first quarter of this year, but the capital of Lower Silesia should see the completion of nine more schemes by the end of 2019, according to a recent report by Cresa. Those developments will comprise a total of 100,000 sqm of space with a considerable portion of that volume having already been commercialized. Wrocław currently has 1.07 million sqm of existing office space. At the end of Q1 2019, the office vacancy rate in the city stood at 8.5 percent.
