ZF Automotive Systems Poland has renegotiated the lease agreement for space in the Symetris Business Park office building at ul. Piłsudskiego 86 in Łódź and extends the space by an additional 206 sqm. The owners of the office building are Henderson Park (70 percent of shares) and EPP (30 percent). The tenant was represented in the transaction by the consulting company Colliers.

ZF Automotive Systems Poland is part of a global technology concern, which translates into exceptionally high expectations as to the location of the office, the standard of office space, and its technical infrastructure. ZF is proof of the unique position of Symetris Business Park on the Łódź office market, but also confirmation of the business attractiveness of Łódź, which offers a very good environment for the operation and development of the largest international corporations," Sylwia Piechnik, Director of the Leasing Department of EPP Office Projects, said.

After renegotiating the contract and expansion, ZF occupies a total of 2,551 sqm in the office building. The additional space will be allocated to the development of the company's laboratory, which in the plans to double the laboratory space of the Center and further intensive recruitment of highly qualified staff.
