Liberty Tower Rises
Construction is underway on Liberty Tower, a new luxury residential skyscraper planned for Grzybowska Street in central Warsaw. Developed by Resi Capital, part of Cavatina Group, the project will rise to approximately 140 metres and 43 storeys, adding another prominent landmark to the capital’s rapidly evolving skyline. The tower will contain 587 apartments ranging from compact city units to larger premium residences on the upper floors. Residents will have access to concierge services, wellness and spa facilities, a fitness zone, cinema room and private lounge spaces. Located in Warsaw’s Wola district, one of the city’s fastest-growing mixed-use neighbourhoods, the development reflects continued investor confidence in high-end urban residential projects despite elevated financing costs and a more selective housing market.
