Gaming Factory reorganizing, invests in Demolish Games
Gaming Factory, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, acquired 37.8% of Demolish Games for PLN 435,000, funded by selling shares in Asmodev. This strategic move aims to enhance the Group's portfolio with Demolish Games' promising titles and experienced team. CEO Mateusz Adamkiewicz highlighted ongoing efforts to streamline the Group by reducing less valuable subsidiaries. The sale of Asmodev shares is set to close by July 5, 2024.
Demolish Games, known for the Demolish&Build series and the upcoming Airship Captain, will support Gaming Factory's future projects. Gaming Factory is also preparing to release its major title, Japanese Drift Master, with a free prologue available on July 18.
