Ghelamco sells Kraków office building for €33 mln
Developer Ghelamco Poland has sold .big, the company’s first office building in Kraków, for approximately €33 million. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield with the identity of the buyer not having been revealed. The five-floor .big building was completed in the third quarter of last year and comprises more than 10,000 sqm of office space. It is anchored by American financial services company State Street, which occupies around 9,000 sqm at the property.
