Develia buys 2 plots of land in Wrocław for approx. 77 apartments
Develia has acquired two properties in Wrocław at ul. Buforowa, with an area of 1.6319 ha and 0.6412 ha, for a total of PLN 10.8 million net, the company announced.
"The investment project is planned on the properties in question with an estimated number of approx. 77 single-family housing units. The planned date of commencement of sale under this investment project is the third quarter of 2021" the announcement stated.
Develia – formerly LC Corp – controls a group of special-purpose development companies carrying out residential and commercial investments in the largest cities in the country. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2007. In 2019, it sold 1,510 residential and commercial premises.
