Employers to Remain Cautious About Hiring This Year

In 2025, the Polish labor market is expected to remain stable, with low unemployment, though challenges will persist. Employers continue to take a cautious approach to recruitment, mainly due to rising labor costs. Job growth is anticipated in sectors such as IT, transportation, logistics, automotive, finance, and real estate. An increase in foreign workers is also expected.
Employers will offer more attractive employment conditions, including higher salaries. However, a key challenge will be an aging population and a shortage of workers. Another crucial issue will be the activation of individuals outside the labor market, particularly women and those aged 50+.
