In September, average apartment prices increased in 9 out of 16 major Polish cities, according to the Housing Price Barometer from Tabelaofert.pl. The rise is attributed to more expensive new housing supply. The largest price hikes were observed in Kielce (+7.0%), Kraków (+4.3%), Wrocław (+2.1%), Gdynia (+0.9%), and Poznań (+0.2%), where developers launched projects in pricier locations. Conversely, cities like Toruń and Bydgoszcz saw slight increases due to the sale of cheaper apartments.
Some cities, including Lublin and Łódź, experienced price declines primarily due to new lower-priced offerings. Currently, Warsaw remains the most expensive city for real estate, with an average price of 17,122 PLN/m².
