The Ministry of the Interior and Administration is initiating the formulation of a comprehensive migration strategy for Poland covering 2025-2030. Expected to be finalized in September, the strategy aims to guide state decisions on migration policies. The plan involves drafting new legal acts, including a revised Act on Foreigners, slated for the first half of 2025. The Interministerial Team for Migration, reactivated in January, will oversee the process, incorporating input from the scientific community through surveys conducted between February and April. Public consultations on the strategy are scheduled for October and November 2024.
