Polish government to recapitalize PGZ Narew consortium for PLN 3.89 bln by 2030

The Council of Ministers has adopted a resolution to capitalize companies within the PGZ Narew consortium with 3.89 billion PLN from 2024 to 2030, as reported by the Government Information Center (CIR). This investment aims to bolster national security through strengthening the Polish defense industry. The "Narew" program specifically enhances air defense capabilities, providing protection to troops and facilities during air attacks and contributing to the overall air defense system.
The capitalization will support various stages of the Narew program and other defense modernization initiatives, fostering the expansion and modernization of facilities, production capacities, and research and development capabilities within the consortium.
