In the heart of Warsaw's Sielce district, Eiffage Immobilier Polska is developing the residential project Kierbedzia 4. The underground portion of the building has just been completed, and work on the above-ground structure is now underway. Nestled in a green, tranquil area yet close to the city center, the development will feature a distinctive cascading design and elements inspired by the modernist architecture of Mokotów. The general contractor for the project is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo.
Currently, work on the building’s above-ground section is in progress. A significant milestone – completion of the fourth floor – is expected by the end of the year. The project is scheduled to be finalized in the third quarter of 2025.
85 percent of the apartments have already been sold. Remaining units include studios (35 sqm), one-bedroom apartments (34–46 sqm), two-bedroom apartments (57 sqm), and four-bedroom apartments with private gardens (81 sqm).
The architectural design is the work of JSK Architekci.
