Atende, an IT company, experienced a significant data breach, with 1.2 TB of data leaked online, including employee and client contracts. The company assured that no classified information was compromised and that it continues to operate normally. Following the breach in early October, Atende notified the Prosecutor’s Office, Cybercrime Bureau, and Poland's data protection authority. A cybersecurity expert found that the leaked data included files from major clients like Gaz-System, PGE, and PKP PLK.

Atende confirmed that the breach was isolated to a single server, and additional security measures were implemented. Despite facing a ransom demand, Atende refused to comply and collaborated with law enforcement to address the situation.
