Dom Development has potential handovers of over 4,900 premises in ‘25
Dom Development expects to handover over 4,900 apartments this year, with more than half scheduled for Q4, according to the company's management. Margins are expected to remain stable, with no significant cost pressures or extraordinary profitability changes.
In 2024, the company delivered 3,916 apartments to individual buyers, a 2% increase year-over-year, and 300 units to an institutional PRS investor. At the end of 2024, Dom Development had 7,700 units under construction (up 14% from 2023), with 55% already sold.
Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2006, Dom Development is part of the mWIG40 index and remains a key player in the Polish real estate market.
