Erbud supports subcontractors with PLN 120 million in advance payments

To help subcontractors navigate Poland’s indebted construction sector, general contractor Erbud has paid over PLN 120 million in advance through the Cashy platform. The platform accelerates payments to small and medium-sized firms, which struggle with liquidity as they pre-finance projects for up to 60 days. By collaborating with Cashy, subcontractors can expedite payments with minimal bureaucracy.

Erbud plans to expand its financial services for subcontractors, including loans and guarantees. With construction facing mounting debt—currently PLN 1.6 billion—the industry seeks flexibility to survive economic turbulence.
