Otodom: Number of active apartment rental listings rose 8% m/m in February
The number of active apartment rental listings across the country increased by 8% month-on-month in February, according to the Rental Market Report published by Otodom.
The biggest increase was seen in Poznań, where 20% more listings appeared during the month.
About 15,000 new listings appeared nationwide in February alone, and more than 3,700 were reactivated.
