Sii, a leading technology consulting and business services provider in Poland, has chosen the KREO office building in Kraków for its headquarters. The company has signed a 5-year lease for 2,450 sq m, occupying the top floor with access to an exclusive terrace offering panoramic views of Kraków. The move is scheduled for March 2025.

KREO is one of Kraków's most modern office buildings, designed with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind. It boasts high energy savings (over 30% lower than standard buildings), extensive bicycle infrastructure, and green certifications like BREEAM Outstanding and WELL pre-certification. Its location near the city center, with excellent public transport access, further enhances its appeal. KREO is also applying for SmartScore and WiredScore certifications for smart technological integration.

Sii selected KREO for its modern, safe, and customizable workspaces that support both collaboration and relaxation, aligning with the company’s focus on employee satisfaction and security. Sii, with over 7,500 specialists, delivers projects for various sectors, including finance, automotive, and healthcare. The company values KREO’s sustainable approach, which aligns with its own commitment to environmental responsibility, as highlighted by its EcoVadis sustainability ranking.
