A Personnel Service study reveals that 13% of Poles use AI in their daily work, with senior and mid-level managers being the primary users. Awareness of AI is higher in large cities (23%), but younger workers (25% of those aged 25-34) are more likely to use it compared to older age groups. Specialists and intellectual workers are the most frequent users, while 15% of employees work for companies with AI tools. Despite this, 53% of employees say their company does not use AI, and one-third are unsure. In small towns, only 9% notice AI implementation. With automation expected to rise by 2030, AI adoption is set to increase.
