Polish banks have reached approximately 117,000 settlements regarding CHF loans, including 10,000 court-mediated agreements, with significant growth in the latter category. According to Tadeusz Białek, president of the Polish Bank Association (ZBP), the settlement process is progressing well, with about 107,000 agreements finalized directly and nearly 10,000 through courts. Notably, the pace of court settlements has surged, now averaging nearly 1,000 per month, compared to sporadic cases a year ago.
These figures cover data up to the end of September. The rise in court settlements reflects an increasing willingness to resolve disputes through legal channels.
